MLTSS (Managed Long Term Services and Supports)
MLTSS is a Medicaid waiver program. Its income limits are higher than regular Medicaid through NJ FamilyCare. MLTSS
NJ FamilyCare (Medicaid)
NJ FamilyCare runs the general Medicaid programs in New Jersey. Use it to check how you qualify, what is covered, and how to recertify. NJ FamilyCare
Social Security Disability (SSDI)
SSDI gives income to people whose doctor confirms they cannot work for at least 12 months. You must have worked and paid into Social Security for 5 of the last 10 years to qualify. SSDI
Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
SSI helps people who are disabled, blind, or 65 and older and who have low income and few resources. Unlike SSDI, it does not require a long work history. SSI
Temporary Disability
This program pays people who cannot work due to a medical or mental health condition. The benefit lasts up to 26 weeks and is based on what you paid in through your job. NJ Temporary Disability

NJ Office on Aging and Disability Services
Every county has an office. They connect you to homemaker programs, Medicaid programs, Meals on Wheels, and more. County Offices on Aging

NJ Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC)
